The safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance. We follow all covid safety protocols to ensure you are safe and comfortable. In addition to masks and physical distancing, we limit the number of customers in the store. We also sanitize high touch surfaces with disinfectant and an IV light to kill germs. We have protocols in place to sanitize clothing after try ons. We keep the exterior door open as much as possible to circulate the air. We offer curbside pick up, telephone orders and private shopping experience.

Do you do curbside pick up or private shopping?
We offer curbside pick up, private appointments and telephone or Facetime shopping. All of these services have allowed our customers to keep up to date on our latest collections.
What are your hours during covid?
We are currently open and abiding by all Government of Alberta regulations for retail. Please check our hours below or call us to get the latest hours.
What are our current Covid protocols?
We have limited capacity as per Government guidelines. We follow all Government protocols and more. We sanitize all high touch surfaces regularly and use an IV light on clothing after try-on. We also take clothing out of circulation for 24 hours. Our stores are easy to access with front doors to the outside which allow us to keep fresh air circulating as much as possible.
What is our return policy?
If for any reason your purchase is not right, please return your item in original, unworn condition to the store with your purchase receipt within 7 days for a store credit. There are no refunds.
Sale items, pierced earrings, hats and hair products are all final sale.
